We are seeking a versatile, detail-oriented, and customer-focused professional to help us grow our creative, small business.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a multi-talented team member to oversee day-to-day operations, support retail sales, and contribute to social media marketing. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who thrives in a creative environment, enjoys variety, and is passionate about design, small business, and exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Office Management & Administrative Support
  • Manage inventory, shipping, and supply ordering
  • Process online and in-store sales
  • Track expenses and assist with bookkeeping (QuickBooks or similar)
  • Coordinate production timelines and communicate with vendors
Retail Sales
  • Provide warm, knowledgeable customer service in our studio and showroom
  • Offer styling suggestions and product education
  • Handle POS transactions and opening/closing duties
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail space
Social Media & Marketing
  • Create and schedule engaging posts for Instagram and Facebook
  • Assist with product photography and short-form video creation
  • Assist email newsletters (Mailchimp or Klaviyo preferred)
  • Update website content as needed (Shopify experience a plus)

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail, office management, and/or marketing (jewelry/fashion a plus)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Canva, Instagram, Shopify, and basic photo editing
  • Comfortable working on Mac systems and using Google Workspace
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and self-motivated
  • Strong aesthetic sense with meticulous attention to detail

Bonus Skills (Not Required)

  • Graphic design
  • Product photography
  • SEO or digital advertising experience
